1:1 FUEL Sessions
Dial in your diet with a NovoLiver FUEL Coach.
The NovoLiver FUEL sessions focus on creating small, sustainable changes to your diet. That said, our coaches focus on habits to create or modify. This means we may use meal plans as a tool. However, we want our members to learn how to eat without just having to follow a meal plan. Because let's face it, life happens and you don't always have time to prep, or we are traveling, or your power goes out. We want you to learn how to be successful in any of these situations.
- Focus on whatever component of your diet you'd like to address.
- FUEL one-on-one sessions are 30 minutes in length
- All sessions are done via Zoom
- You have the option to choose a package of one, four or six 1:1 sessions.
- You and the FUEL coach decide how often the sessions are used. Most members do a session every other week or monthly.
- All scheduling is done online
- Set goals with the help of the FUEL coach that you feel are achievable!
